All me will have a unique operating model that defines what work is done, how its done and when its done.

Privacy by Default

No matter where you live in the world, whether you’re living under an authoritarian government or looking to break away from Big Tech surveillance, using All me puts your data under the protection of Swiss privacy laws.

All me being a Swiss organization, including these key benefits:

• Outside of US and EU jurisdiction: Swiss companies are not allowed to share information with foreign law enforcement under criminal penalty.
• Politically neutral: Switzerland has a long history of neutrality, which shields us from pressure of foreign governments.
• Strong privacy protections: Switzerland has a constitutional right to privacy and strict data protection laws. Unlike companies in other countries, All me cannot be compelled by foreign or Swiss authorities to engage in bulk surveillance.
• Advanced infrastructure: Many other countries with strong privacy laws lack the IT infrastructure and talent pool required to reliably operate a tech company like All me. Switzerland has the best of privacy protections, infrastructure, and world-class human resources.

Calendar

All me will operate on a 13 Increment structure utilising agile practices to support work delivery which will be made by contracted experts.

Employment

All me will have no full time employees but will be flexible based upon the work that needs to be done in the backlog.

All me will offer work through contracts to be delivered during an increment. Contracts will not restrict service suppliers from working with other clients.

All me is not focused on time just resolution to backlog items, work packages (from backlog items) will be agreed with the chief product officer or other product people as we get larger.

All materials created from All me concepts or solutions to our requirements remain our property and cannot be posted online anywhere, ever.

The use of AI is prohibited since it would mean that proprietary information would be added to the database during their use. As All me gains funding we will adopt a LLM on internal servers to build our knowledge base.

Organization

All me will have no management structure since that is replaced by a backlog apart from roles required by law in the proper running of an organisation. No organization managers will manage people. Teams will become established as needed. All progress reporting is done though the backlog, team meetings, show and tell or town halls.

All me service contracts will be the same compensation for all contractors for each role undertaken.

Payments

All me will hold a backlog for all work. Only backlog work will be funded and paid to people.
